How much does woven vinyl flooring cost?
Plan your project with clear material prices, stock and production minimums, and the other costs to include in your flooring budget.
For Juvern's standard 2.5 mm roll flooring, Core is approximately US$2 per sq ft and Signature is approximately US$3–4 per sq ft. These are reference material prices available to project owners as well as professional buyers.

01 / Order size
Stock availability determines the minimum order
Available from stock
No minimum order quantity
In-stock material has no minimum order quantity, subject to availability. Tell us the color and area you need so we can confirm available material and the supply details.
Production required
300 m² minimum
When material is not in stock and must be produced for the order, the minimum order quantity is 300 m², approximately 3,230 sq ft. The minimum is defined in square metres; the square-foot figure is rounded.
For a smaller project, checking current stock is a useful first step. If production is required, confirm the selected design, quantity and schedule before ordering. Stock availability and production timing are confirmed with your inquiry.
02 / Material budget
Turn a unit price into a starting budget
Multiply the material quantity you expect to purchase by the reference price. For example, 1,000 sq ft of standard 2.5 mm Core roll flooring gives an approximate material budget of US$2,000; Signature gives approximately US$3,000–4,000.
| Material quantity | Core US$2 / sq ft | Signature US$3–4 / sq ft |
|---|---|---|
| 500 sq ft | US$1,000 | US$1,500–2,000 |
| 1,000 sq ft | US$2,000 | US$3,000–4,000 |
| 4,000 sq ft | US$8,000 | US$12,000–16,000 |
These are arithmetic examples, not quotations or stock confirmations. The 500 and 1,000 sq ft examples are below the production minimum and depend on suitable stock being available. Quantities shown are purchased material, before adding any extra quantity needed for your layout.
Ask your installer to calculate the purchase quantity from the room dimensions, roll layout, seams, cuts and any reserve material you want to keep. The room's floor area and the amount ordered may differ.
03 / Complete project cost
Allow for the work around the material
A material budget is one part of a finished flooring project. Ask for the following items to be identified separately, where applicable:
- Delivery and applicable charges: freight to the project destination, taxes and any import-related charges.
- Preparation: removal of existing flooring, substrate assessment and any necessary leveling or remediation.
- Installation: suitable adhesive, installation labor, transitions and finishing details.
- Material allowance: cuts, layout waste and reserve material identified by the project team.
Use the same scope when comparing quotations. Record the collection, color, thickness, backing, format and quantity, then check which delivery and installation items are included. Review the relevant installation and maintenance documents with your installer.

04 / Woven design, within reach
Why Juvern makes accessibility a priority
We want more people and more projects to be able to use woven materials. Juvern's relatively flat sales structure reduces layers of intermediary markups, helping us keep material pricing accessible.
Core provides an accessible entry point, while Signature offers more design-focused choices within a broader budget range. Start with the visual direction you want, then compare physical samples and the product information relevant to your space.
For coordinated flooring, rugs and wall applications, read our multi-application design guide. Each application needs its own construction and quotation.
05 / Your project
Get a quotation that matches your brief
Share the collection or colors you are considering, the required area, and whether stock alternatives would work for you. For a US project, include the delivery ZIP code, space type and required-on-site date. Confirm that you are requesting the standard 2.5 mm roll specification, or describe the construction you need.
We can then review stock availability or the production minimum and prepare pricing for your selected material and delivery requirements.
