How do I choose between Signature, Core and Eco Resonance?

Can a project owner request samples before appointing a designer?
Yes. Use the sample request form and describe the space, project location and colors you are considering. You can ask for material guidance before selecting a product. Sample availability and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each request.
What should an architect or interior designer include in a request?
Include the collection and color codes, backing and format if known, intended application, approximate floor area, project stage and destination. Add the technical documents or test methods your project team needs. For Core, compare up to four colors in the color library before requesting physical samples.
How do I confirm availability and delivery for a US project?
Send the project state and ZIP code, proposed collection, approximate area and required date. Juvern confirms product and sample availability, delivery arrangements and the project-specific quotation in response. Use that confirmation when planning the schedule.
Can I specify a collection from the website alone?
Use the website to make a shortlist. Before final specification, approve physical samples and review the selected backing, format, installation requirements and applicable technical information with the project team. The resource library and technical reference page help organize that review.

Product information and material options
What is the product thickness?
The standard woven vinyl construction is 2.5 mm (approximately 0.10 in), with custom options from 2.5 to 6 mm depending on collection and backing. Confirm the exact specification for your selection. Eco Resonance is a separate 5 mm (approximately 0.197 in) woven textile tile construction.
What backing material options are available?
Juvern woven vinyl backing options include dense PVC, felt (non-woven fabric), foamed PVC, and non-woven/PVC composite constructions. Dense PVC is mainly used for floors; lightweight non-woven backing is used for walls and decorative or upholstered panels; foamed PVC offers a softer, cushioned feel. Confirm the exact construction for the selected design and use. Compare backing types and applications.
Do you have PVC-free products?
Yes. Eco Resonance is Juvern’s PVC-free woven textile tile collection, featuring a recycled PET woven face. It is offered in five series and 39 colourways. The PVC-free designation applies specifically to Eco Resonance, not to every Juvern collection. Explore Eco Resonance or contact us for its technical documents and samples.
Which collection do the published performance parameters cover?
The performance table provides Signature references for castor-chair resistance, wet pendulum slip resistance, dynamic friction, shod ramp slip resistance, and critical radiant flux. Test conditions and the selected backing and thickness matter; these values do not automatically apply to Core, Eco Resonance, or custom constructions.
Is woven vinyl flooring suitable for wet areas?
Water-resistant material does not make an installed floor or its seams a waterproof system. Avoid flooding and standing water. For showers, constantly wet areas, or exterior use, confirm the exact product, installation system, and intended conditions with Juvern before specification.

Standard sizes and format questions
What are the standard sizes?
Standard woven vinyl rolls are 2 m × 20 m, and standard tiles are 50 cm × 50 cm. Availability depends on the collection and backing. Eco Resonance is supplied as 50 cm × 50 cm woven textile tiles.
What are those sizes in imperial units?
The roll size is approximately 6.56 ft × 65.62 ft, and the tile size is approximately 19.7 in × 19.7 in.
Are custom formats available?
Depending on the product and project, Juvern can support different backing choices and custom thickness solutions, and selected custom formats may also be possible.
Installation
Subfloor and installation conditions
What floor condition is needed before installation?
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, and smooth. A qualified installer should assess moisture and substrate conditions, then choose compatible preparation materials and adhesive. Follow the current installation guide for the selected product and format.
Where can I find installation guidance?
Our installation resources include separate tile and roll guides for standard PVC-backed woven vinyl installed with full-spread adhesive. Ask for construction-specific instructions for Eco Resonance or special backings.

Maintenance
Cleaning and long-term care
How should the floor be cleaned?
For standard PVC-backed woven vinyl, vacuum regularly and clean with cold or lukewarm water and a soft brush as needed. Use a compatible pH-neutral cleaner only when required, after a small-area test. Recover the water and dry the floor. Plan deeper cleaning according to traffic and soil levels, following the maintenance guide.
